This is Calvin from the comic strip Calvin And Hobbes By Bill Watterson. Not only do I really like the comic but I also like Mr. Watterson. He sounds like a great guy. The only sad part is that These comics are no longer made!:( Mr. Watterson has reatired. But he has left some great terasures behind. I hope that you who have never read Calvin And Hobbes go out right now and read it. And if you already do than keep on reading. As you can see calvin is not your regular six-year-old. Oh, no, he is far from it! He has the biggest imagination in the world, but he left no room for school work. Sure he can sound like a philospher or logician at times but really he just has too big an imagination to hold anything for longer then five minutes! But I guess from all those crashes on the sled or in the wagon, we should be thankful that Calvin is even able to think! Calvin once invented his own butter. "Bug-Butter" made by squishing a jar full of flies! Yuck!! | Calvin is...well...you see. | ||||||||||||||||||

| Hobbes |
Hobbes is the more civilized of the duo. Even though Calvin is the only one that sees Hobbes alive, he still wrestles and plays games with his stuffed friend. Hobbes loves tuna fish and loves to make Calvin mad. One of the interesting things that Hobbes does to Calvin is, whenever Calvin comes home from school, Hobbes pounces on him. And the list goes on how Hobbes gets Calvin. But Hobbes is also the best (and only) friend Calvin has. This stuffed tiger is the perfect companion for all those gloomy days. Hobbes has a lot of diffrent ideas than Calvin. Hobbes has his own rules about sports, he has his own opinion about girls (he LOVES 'um), and he wouldn't trade anice nap for anything, except tuna of course. Hobbes doesn't have to go to school because all a he needs to know, he already knows, according to him. Calvin, of course, thinks that this is totally unfair btu he is still force to go by his parents. Hobbes is a great tiger, but even a better friend.
